Five Easy Steps -- Makes Program Work for Your Safety

1. Mount base at desired spot on pole.
2. Wrap chain around pole and insert locking clamp loosely onto chain link. Tighten handle. You will hear cleats bite into pole.
3. Loosen handle, and insert locking clamp one link tighter on chain. Tighten and lock into place. Cleats are now securely locked into place.
4. Insert flags and lock in place.
5. Activate light by depressing positive action on/off switch.
